The Saint John Sea Glass Festival is a vibrant celebration of the artistry and Creativity inspired by sea glass and other shoreline treasures gathered from the breathtaking Bay of Fundy and across the Maritimes.

The inaugural one-day event in 2022 drew an impressive 5,000 visitors from across Canada and the United States, setting the stage for even greater growth. Since 2023, the festival has evolved into an unforgettable two-day experience filled with energy, creativity, and community spirit.

This year’s event will feature more than 50 talented vendors each day showcasing their unique artwork, along with live entertainment, exciting contest raffles, trips to the beach, delicious food options, hands-on workshops, and inspiring guest speakers. Beyond the festivities, the event highlights the extraordinary experiences that come with life along the Bay of Fundy.

Saint John’s rugged coastline and ocean-side beaches offer some of the best sea-glass hunting in the Maritimes, drawing visitors eager to explore our natural beauty. At the same time, the festival shines a spotlight on the remarkable creativity of local artisans and brings a welcome influx of tourism that supports and showcases the heart of our community.
